We are looking for pro-active Sales Executive with a proven experience  and the appropriate knowledge in the oil and gas, marine, or construction industry to help us build up and promote our new lines of products including Roborigger, Dynamic Motion System (DMS), lightweight drilling modules and equipment such as screens, shakers and centrifuge.

A TENSA affiliate requires personnel to man its new offshore and onshore crane maintenance and support business which will be established as a new division alongside its existing business. We are Perth based and the majority of work is expected to be in the Australian oil and gas and mining sector.

We are seeking applications for the following positions:

  • Business Unit Manager

The Business Unit Manager should  have 5 or more years experience in the offshore crane maintenance and upgrade business working for either a crane manufacturer or a service company. He must be able to plan and deliver workscopes in accordance with technical and financial goals. The candidate must have good personnel management skills and financial skills as well as the technical knowledge needed for the business. This position is Perth based.

  • Operations Manager

The Operations Manager must be able to plan and organise teams to undertake projects. This person must have the technical skills to undertake all crane maintenance and upgrade projects and to select the appropriate personnel and resources for the work. The candidate must have proven planning and organisational skills as well as the ability to manage the site workforce and third party contractors. This position is Perth based.

  • Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager must have a minimum of 5 years experience on the design of cranes covering all aspects associated with repair, maintenance and upgrades. The position is Perth based.

  • Crane Technicians

We require crane technicians with experience on maintaining and upgrading offshore pedestal cranes. The work locations are primarily in Australasia. We are flexible with regards to the employment  arrangement as personnel may be predominantly assigned to site work or may be involved in workshop or workshop plus site work.
